  1. Operation Farewell Altis

MISSION BRIEFING 12/10/2017 6pm CST BACKGROUND INFORMATION The island of Altis has devolved to a lawless state with the collapse of the AAF. We've been hired on to bring stability to the island. Cracking down on former AAF units gone rogue is our first priority. Last week : Spartan personnel successfully eliminated a rogue AAF commander who was involved in the interrogation of an asset working for Topside. Rescue of the asset was not possible. Secondary protocol was deemed necessary and the asset was liquidated by Spartan field operatives. Additional intelligence was prevented from falling into enemy hands, but we are also in the dark regarding what he knew. MISSION & EXECUTION A Spartan convoy sent to retrieve fuel and repair supplies was ambushed en route to base camp. The team was forced to split up and divert off the assigned movement order in an attempt to safeguard the logistical supplies. The surviving Spartans have given us the intended destination of the remainder of the convoy. We are unable to establish any comms with them at this time. This Friday will be the first of many to come qualification courses. You will need these qualifications to participate in special roles during ops. Now we will go over some specialized roles within SPARTAC. Please note most of these are first come first serve, although we may rotate this every now and then to give everyone a fair chance. Recon/Sniper/Spotter = Relays information is real-time back to coordinators, as well as engaging high value targets and slowing the enemy. Drone Operator = Utilizes unmanned assets during operations, whether it be scouting ahead for Intel, dropping off supplies or engaging the enemy. Special weapons operator = Utilising machine guns, AT/AA, and static weapons, they provide devastating firepower to the front. Radio Operator = Provides information to and from both squads and coordinators and vice versa, also responsible for calling in CAS and extractions. Heavy Vehicle Operator = From infantry fighting vehicles to tanks, large trucks and so on, they bring heavy firepower and large logistical support to the front lines. Pilot = Operating both fixed wing and rotor assets, they are tasked with insert and extract duty, as well as engaging other air assets and heavily armored targets. I will be teaching Special Weapons and Drone Operator, if any other officers want to teach anything feel free to edit this post acordingly, this is for Friday at 9:00 pm.

  12. Operation Bleed Out

MISSION BRIEFINGTime, Day Etc (typical op night and time) Welcome to Stratis gentlemen. After our successful liberation of altis from the hands of the syndicat drug cartel things have only heated up. During our altis campaign we learned of AAF involvement on the island and as such after our reports were turned over the AAF has been labeled as a terrorist group by NATO, we've been tasked with helping NATO eradicate the AAF and any subgroups before they get anymore support so we're going to be taking the fight to them. This campaign will have full NATO support and as such expect a wide arsenal for us. Stratis used to be controlled completely by NATO until being abondened in the early 2000's AFF has since seized control of the entire island and all the assets left behind on it. KEYNOTES NATO want to squish the AAF threat and quick and as such have requested the USS Freedom to dock just off shore and is to be used for all future NATO operations on the island we have been given the directive to take statis from the south to the north. This time around we are to take 3 objectives they are as follows, Girna, and Camp Tempest must be taken for recon of the airfield. Air Station Mike is to be wiped off the map it holds no strategic value to us as all of our recon is Ariel base and only serves as a FOB for the AAF. We will use indirect fire support as well as CAS for this purpose, we will need a team on the ground for PID of Targets. We are to move from Strogos Bay that we have already taken and move to Girna and take it, from there we will utilize any assets to move swiftly to Camp Tempest and take it. MISSION & EXECUTION Time:1400Task: Move to take coastal recon positions and destroy air station mike ROE(Rules Of Engagement): REDMain body: Intercept Team: Recon: Insertion: Extraction: Uniform for use in Theater: NATO/SpartacRecommended Equipment:Required Roles: COMMUNICATION CHANNELS Command: 121 short range 33 long range ARES - (MAIN BODY) -121.1 POSEIDON - (INTERCEPT TEAM) - 121.2 APOLLO - (CAS) - 50 long range SQUAD LEADERS / SPECIAL ROLES Alpha Team Lead: Bravo Team Lead: Recon/Overwatch: Radio Operator: Air Support/Transport: Bounty hunter CAS Pilot: IARESPITFIRE JTAC: Gidget Zeus (Command Only): LRRRtheDestroyer RISKS - CONCERNS - NOTES Expected enemy strength:HighAnti-air concerns: SomeSupport: NatoWeather Report: Cloudy Additional Information:Statis Air base was too close for airel recon of Girna and Camp tempest however we have a view of air station mike
