Hello and welcome to Spartan Tactical.

We at SPARTAC have a fantastic community of people from across the globe such as England, America, Ireland and Australia just to name a few. We currently sit at 38 members which includes 3 officers and 2 Liaisons. Here at SPARTAC you will find a relaxed atmosphere with supportive people and incredible experiences. This reflects in how we play together which is a good balance of tactical, focused and relaxed. You will find that SPARTAC hosts custom missions every single week, as well as persistent game modes from Invade & Annex, to zombie survival.

Under 18.

Typically this is an 18+ group. If you join us on TeamSpeak (TS.SPARTAC.NET) and introduce yourself, after a month of being continually active, a member can choose to sponsor you. This is rare and your maturity has to be above par for this to even be considered. Please reply so we know you've read this and made a decision to stay and attempt a membership, or move on to another group.

We have a custom collection of mods which gives us great flexibility and a wide range of options in terms of equipment. All the mods are required to be able to play with us.

If you need any help with mods, please ask a Liaison if one's available or anyone with a SPARTAC tag in teamspeak.

Please take a moment to add this profile on steam: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198054037472/

*This person is our Liaison for the new recruits. He sets aside time every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2100 EST to set up your mods and make sure you are up to par with how we operate. If for whatever reason you cannot make the above training times send him a message, and he will set up a time that works for BOTH of you. If you join the teamspeak while he is online DO NOT hesitate to ask him for help.

We don't ask much of our members, other than have a positive attitude, visit the site at least once every 14 days to stay up to date on the latest news and sitreps, we also ask that you try to keep us up to date if you have to leave us for a while. This is to protect you from being removed, as being inactive on the website for 14 days will flag your account, if we aren't aware of your leaving you could get removed.

If your application is accepted we will need you to enter your TS3 ID in your account settings so we can assign your group and rank in TS3. You can do this ahead of time as well if desired to get the "verified friend" tags on our TeamSpeak.

This is done on the website by following these steps.

  • Join the TeamSpeak Server TS.SPARTAC.NET

  • Press CTRL+I, this should bring up your unique ID

  • Copy this with CTRL+C

  • Go to account settings on the website

  • Access the teamspeak tab, and paste in your UID CTRL+ V

Final information.

With all that out of the way, we're a pretty laid back group and everyone gets along very well. As we grow we get more and more applicants, the member quality can dip at times. So we've slowed our recruiting process down to see who actually sticks around for more than a week or two and more importantly, find out if everyone is a good fit for each other! If you have any further questions for us please don't hesitate to ask anybody around with a Spartan badge.

Before we accept your application we'll wait to see if you have any other questions, this takes up to 7 days, during which time we encourage you to hop on the TeamSpeak the website or the steam group http://steamcommunity.com/groups/spartacgroup and interact with everyone.  Once the application is accepted it will be moved to an archive out of view of the public and you will receive a message with further info.

Be aware that this is not an acceptance letter just a formality so you can come and meet us and we can meet you.

Thanks for taking the time to learn more about us and we look forward to meeting you.

With a focus on teamwork, tactics and communication the group provides an experience lacking from many modern military shooters of today. Understanding the importance of brotherhood before victory, Spartan Tactical strives for a relaxed and light-hearted approach to not only the game, but our community as well. Hailing from all different backgrounds and walks of life, our membership is valued and our friends respected.
